Italian Speaking Online Operations Assistant

We are looking to appoint on behalf of our client an Italian speaking Online Operations Assistant to join a busy team in Lincoln.

Our client represent a brand which is one of the most rapidly expanding vitamin and mineral companies in the UK who sell over 150 different products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can provide support for all activities on our international site, including customer service via telephone and email communication as well as managing social media campaigns and updating the international websites in Italian.

Duties include:

• Translating and proofreading work – English/Italian;
• Social Media strategic roll-out;
• Build and maintain the current and future international Social Media presence – including responding to customer queries and creating content;
• Plan and produce quality, engaging content and blog posts aiming to build inbound links;
• Update the international websites through our CMS systems;
• Build links and perform key word/competitor research and analysis;
• Assist with international SEO campaigns including planning, implementing, optimising, analysing and reporting;
• Basic web design to create images and infographics;
• Achieve set targets and KPI’s ensuring all requests are executed to deadline;
• Performance reporting;
• Campaign/project and customer service administration;
• Provide an efficient and effective service to our international customers through telephone and email communication, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible;
• Supporting SEO, Online and Editorial Teams where required and any ad-hoc projects that may arise.
