Italian Speaking Web Analyst, SEO, SEM, CMS, London, £36,000 + an excellent benefits package

Our globally recognised Financial Services client currently seeks an experienced and ideally Italian speaking Web Analyst for its offices based in the City of London. Reporting to the Head Web Development based in Italy, you will be tasked with supporting the Web Project Manager in all phases of the web development process on two industry leading financial websites that register more than 40 million monthly page views. You will support the service delivery during go-live process with functional test and assure quality Web Solutions by developing and completing test plans.

You will also work closely with product managers, development teams and service delivery teams based in the UK and Italy to ensure than all web content is analysed and fit for purpose including analysing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), trends and Pay Per Click (PPC) data.

You will provide project status reports by collating, analysing and summarising data and assist with all web application management e.g. content management system, mailing tools and analytics tools.

You will join one other team member based in the UK and liaise daily with the remainder of the team based in Italy.

This role offers a full level of autonomy and requires the successful Web Analyst to be a self-starter and to work on their own initiative due to your reporting manager being based in Italy.

The ideal Web Analyst must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar Web Analyst or equivalent role.
Experience of working in the Financial Services industry a strong advantage but not essential.
A strong knowledge and interest in web technologies, guidance and best practice.
Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification in Marketing.
Experience in Web Analytics reporting and analysis.
Experience in Content Management Systems and Mailing Tools functionalities.
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) techniques.
Knowledge of web development workflows and testing software preferably Jira.
The ability to self-manage routine tasks as necessary and to work autonomously.
Ideally a fluent Italian speaker.
Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.

Remuneration:

Salary: £36,000

Benefits: 5% flexible benefits package that can be taken as cash + a non-contributory pension at 8% as standard + an additional matched 4%. Effectively a 16% pension for 4% contribution + the usual additional insurance benefits etc
