Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking

We are currently looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking to join a leading Life Sciences company based in the Portsmouth area. As the Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers, Distributors and the Sales Teams, focusing on the Machinery and Equipment markets.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking you will report to the Technical Inside Sales Manager and your key responsibilities include the following:

1. Support customers by suggesting appropriate products, giving quotations and securing orders, whilst ensuring excellent customer service and meeting customer requirements.

2. Provide Technical and Commercial support to customers, distributors and the field Sales Team, primarily within the Industrial markets of Machinery and Equipment.

3. As the Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking you will need to meet the departmental and individual key performance indicators agreed with your Line Manager.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Inside Sales Representative – Italian Speaking we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A degree in Engineering, Mechanics or Chemistry is required, as well as the ability to speak Italian fluently and articulately.

2. Proven industry experience within a sales role and practical experience of Lotus Notes, SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel is also desired.
