The Company:
European leading company within a fast moving industry, expanding office and warehouse in South West London Surrey

The Role:
An exciting opportunity to join this market leader, within their fast-growing London operations (excellent career development opportunity as the business expands in London). Working closely with the UK MD in a small management team, you will be responsible for leading the logistical operations of the business, including managing a team of delivery drivers, managing a small warehouse and the stock control operations, together with the planning and allocation of resources.

This is a truly multitasking position that will require dedication, hard work, flexibility and commitment, due to the highest levels of service and quality the company strives to achieve for a rapidly-growing portfolio of high profile customers throughout London.

The role will include
Responsible for the operation team, including recruitment, training and management
of team planning and security processes in the workplace at all times
Monitoring warehouse maintenance, security and organisation
Monitoring vehicles maintenance and security
Responsible for daily planning of operations
Monitoring relationship with suppliers and clients when necessary
Stocks management

The Candidate:
Fluent in English with additional language (French) would be an advantage
Team management experience (ex: drivers, maintenance, warehouse supervisor, stock controller…)
Ideally experience in managing a fleet of small commercial vehicles and organising planning for daily deliveries and collections
Experience in event industry ideally, although not essential
Experience managing stocks both by computer and in-warehouse monitoring quality
Excellent communicator, internally and externally
A great organiser with a &#34can do” approach to work
A natural leader who believes in management by example

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000pa + Benefits
