Italian speaking Sales Support

Salary: up to £30,000p.a. (depending on experience)

Location: Basingstoke

Commutable distance from: Reading, Wokingham, Farnborough, Alton, Winchester, Andover, Burghclere

Main duties:

Liaise with internal departments while providing all customers with outstanding service

The Role:

– Support the BDM with quotes and sales orders

– Liaise with internal departments with the sales orders

– Deal with customer enquiries

– Send marketing material to customers / translations of these

– Provide sales reports

– General administration for the BDM / GM including diary management

– Ensure customer data base is kept up to date

The Candidate:

– Fluent in Italian essential ( written and spoken )

– Fluent in French an advantage but not a requirement

– Experience working in Sales / Customer service

– Background or interest in IT / IT hardware beneficial

– Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage

– Excellent MS office skills

– Excellent communication skills

– Ability to work under pressure

– Professional, motivated and enthusiastic

Salary: up to £25,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
