Human Resources Manager

Salary: £51,131 – £54,713 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working with an ‘outstanding’ Trust comprising of three member schools, located in Tower Hamlets and Greenwich.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and skilled HR Manager to work at with an all through school in Tower Hamlets and across the Trust, with a strategic vision to include the key priorities of the Trust. The postholder will be expected to support the delivery of critical strategic HR objectives and to help develop a positive employee relations culture.

Working directly with the HR Operations Manager and Headteachers, your strong customer focus will help to deliver a high-quality HR service and lead on the embedding of new HR processes and procedures. This role requires experience of working in a face paced unionized education environment, and the ability to manage and resolve complex case work issues. The successful candidate will demonstrate a good working knowledge of current employment legislation, will implement best practice approaches for schools, together with experience of integrated HR/payroll systems.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, possess a good track record in the management and development of HR administrative staff, and has the natural gravitas to help develop a positive employee relations culture with the emphasis on equality, staff engagement and well-being.

This is an on-site, full time, all year through post. The successful candidate will hold a current Enhanced DBS check or will be subject to one.
