The company are currently embarking on an exciting period of change and growth and as such, a respected, inspirational Managing Director has been appointed to help shape and grow the newly improved Professional Services divisions.

In the past several months, several well-reputed ‘Heads of’ Recruitment leaders have been appointed in the UK by the MD to build a superb foundation for the future. In-line with this significant growth and investment in key niche specialisms a ‘Divisional Manager – HR’ is required immediately in the Birmingham or East Midlands office. The remit for this role will be to ‘lead from the front’ as well as establishing your own niche division & increasing headcount. There is a swift career progression path for ambitious individuals.

This role is ideally suited to an entrepreneurial hands-on billing Senior Consultant or Divisional Manager who would like to take the next step in their career. Although this is a large National consultancy, you will not encounter any ‘red tape bureaucracy’ which is common with some of the larger businesses and you will be fully backed – receiving the funds and support to grow your division as you see fit.
