Housing Caretaker / Estate Services Officer

I’m currently recruiting for a temporary Housing Caretaker / Estate Services Officers to join a well-established organisation in Kingston upon Thames. This is a full time role to begin IMMEDIATELY. If you can demonstrate knowledge in a similar role and can start ASAP, please apply today!

Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday – Friday (07:00:AM – 03:15:PM)
Salary: £26,000per year

The ideal candidate:

*Can demonstrate previous experience in a similar role dealing with members of the public.
*Can demonstrate experience handling requests and complaints.
*Is confident investigating damages and faults
*Is confident being responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all communal area in your designated area.
*Is immediately available to begin.
*Can easily commute to Kingston upon Thames.
