We are currently recruiting a motivated and customer focused Area Housing Officer to work part-time for 2 days per week on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for tenancy and estate management functions, arrears recovery and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) within a defined geographic area. You’ll act as client manager for the resident, be responsible for services, complaints and commissioning referrals to specialist teams such as ASB, tenancy support and arrears.

You’ll be the named contact person and advocate for all customer service issues arising on a patch, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service from all parts of the organisation and that service standards are delivered. You’ll also be expected to take a lead on resident engagement activities within your patch. You will hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car for work. This post will be eligible for an essential car user allowance.
