Group Operations Recruitment Manager

Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Group Operations Manager to head the Industrial / Drving division 

The Ideal candidate will have Industrial Sales / Driving / Managed services and onsite experience 

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Leading, managing and developing direct reports to build and retain a highly engaged and capable team through the attraction, training and development of the necessary skilled professionals to meet business needs.
• Actively managing the day-to-day operation of the Operational teams, ensuring key business targets, SLAs and KPIs are met to ensure the quality, credibility and legal and technical compliance of services provided.
• Act as a point of escalation for direct reports, exercising judgement and using initiative in dealing with complex issues, interpreting and applying procedures and guidelines to achieve the desired outcome in a manner proportionate to any associated risks.
• Ensuring that teams are skilled to provide sound technical knowledge that is right first time and meets the needs of our customers.
• Oversee workload allocation and capacity planning to ensure that customers are responded to efficiently and effectively.
