Recruitment Branch Manager

The Business: Our client are a national recruiter and are ranked as a top 10 employer. With a UK wide coverage, the Birmingham city centre offices are one of the country’s core operations and a focus point for further growth and development over the coming years.

The role: Managing an established team the Branch Manager will initially hold responsibility for 5 members of staff, however team expansion is planned. In the first instance you will be an active billing manager until your team is established, therefore you will be need to be an experienced biller used to working in a candidate driven professional generalist/industrial market, you will also have the ability to lead and develop the team to ensure both established and new team members achieve the required results.

You will be focusing driving the profibility of the branch through business development and sales, you will have a background in industrial/generalist/commercial recruitment, have a knowledge of operating in a competative marketplace and be confident in the use of networking to make approaches to prospective clients

Applicants must have experience of at least 2 years solidly recruiting into a candidate driven sector and have the capacity to manage staff.

This could be gained through current experience either as a Branch or Divisional Manager or Team Leadership responsibility.

Due to the senior nature of this role, all applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and will be provided a car allowance as part of their package if selected.
