Recruitment Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £31,200 per year

Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to offer the opportunity to an experienced recruitment professional whoi is looking to step up build and lead our new office in Pontypool.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic person who is organised and able to lead a small team within a brand new office. In addition to this you will be a strong relationship developer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Promoting our brand

* Increasing and managing our client base

* Managing Recruitment Consultants with regards to target for business development (Telesales, face to face and networking) and contract management

* Building long lasting relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues

* Developing and managing temporary labour contracts

* Winning, negotiating and filling permanent vacancies

THE ROLE:

* To develop and maintain long standing strategic relationships with clients;

* To maximise opportunity within the manufacturing sector to ensure targets are met by the branch;

* Sharing responsibility for the support and development of the business whilst demonstrating and supporting the values of the Clear Sky Recruitment brand;

* Working with colleagues to ensure the maximum opportunity to generate revenue is achieved

* Managing the team in your branch in all aspects of servicing of labour contracts and business development

* Candidate attraction, management and retention

THE PERSON:

* Ability to work to targets

* Effective time management, planning and organisational skills

* Professional appearance and conduct

* Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic

* Competency in all aspects of IT

* Experience and knowledge of recruitment internal operations

* Full, clean UK driving licence

THE REWARDS:

* Basic salary of £30,000 – £31,200

* Uncapped Commission Scheme (OTE £30k+)

* Company Car or car allowance
