We have an exciting job opportunity in London for an IT or Computer Science graduate looking to progress a career within IT Support or Development.
Our client has an impressive record of developing their graduate talent and although initially the role will revolve around 1st Line Support duties, the company prides itself on advancing their entry-level intake to either a 2nd Line Support or Development role within two years.
Job responsibilities for the Graduate 1st Line Support Engineer job will include providing a 1st Line Support service to the company’s client base, logging and following up on any issues.
Job Requirements:
Candidates will need at least a 2.1 in an IT or Computer Science related degree discipline
Strong communication skills are also essential
Any XML experience would be a bonus
Related work experience would be advantageous
Graduates will need to be looking to progress their career either in an advanced support or development environment
