Duties of the IT Support professional will include:

* Providing a high level service to efficiently resolve customer issues working within agreed SLA’s

* Provide support over the please apply site where necessary

* Root cause analysis and investigation for incident and problem management

Key skills required include:

* A strong background in Technical Support environments

* Experience with multiple operating systems and computer devices

* Hardware and software experience as well as good networking skills

* Good experience of MS 365 and MDM.

* Experience in Active Directory and MS Servers.

* Full UK driving licence
