Hybrid Role – Northwich
£45,000 – £55,000 Depending on experience
My client has an exciting opportunity to join their leading, forward-thinking company. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will help play a key role supporting the commercial objectives of the business, driving profit growth and identifying performance opportunities, whilst being a key partner to multiple non-finance stakeholders.
About the role
The Finance Business Partner will provide support and analysis to several non-finance teams, aiding decision making, contributing to the definition of financial targets and then supporting delivery of results.
Key responsibilities
* Build a detailed understanding of the P&L, articulating the results and key income drivers to stakeholders in the functional teams across group Businesses.
* Work with stakeholders to provide comprehensive commercial forecasts
* Evaluate business cases for investment decisions, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
* Evaluate and challenge on the performance of sales, net income and direct costs.
* Presentation and provision of excellent reporting at team meetings
* Support budgeting process
Person profile
* CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified
* Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
* Strong IT skills including advanced excel including modelling
* Strong reporting and analytical skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
