Business Development Manager

An International and highly reputable architecture practice are looking for a Business Development Manager to work closely with their marketing team based in the City of London.

The purpose of this role is to stand at the front end of the business and to aid in the growth of the business by creating new opportunities.

Duties in this role will include:
– Breaking in to the corporate private sector market to create opportunities for the architects to deisign and pitch for business
– Creating business development strategies and implementing
– Identifying business opportunities
– Networking
– Assessing the commercial viability of potential business
– Arranging meetings for architects
– Provide written reports on BD strategy and activity
– Pursuing opportunities
– Arranging and attending client meetings

The right person for this role will have:
– 5-10 years of built environment experience
– A proven track record of identifying and winning business
– The ability to create and maintain long lasting professional relationships
– Excellent communications skills
– Ideally the right person for this role will have an established network of contacts
