Finance Administrator (Sage Exp Essential)

A local wholesale and retail group, with a nationwide presence are seeking a Finance Administrator to work in their busy office near Biggleswade to support the finance function of the organisation. As an organisation, they provide horticultural products (think plants, shrubs and trees) to garden centres nationally. They also have their own retail outlets in all corners of the country. They are currently expanding their admin team, and have most members in place, with this role being the final piece.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

– Using Sage on a daily basis to raise invoices and allocate payments accordingly
– Deal with any invoice queries from customers
– Run regular debtor reports
– Provide pricing and availability information
– Send invoice reminders

To apply for this role, you must have solid office experience, and it is essential you have experience of using Sage Line 50.
