Salary: £209.53 per hour
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join the team on an initial temporary basis although could lead to a permanent role.
As a Finance Business partner for the north division you will manage the provision of the regional financial and technical information and reports as part of the business management reporting and provide financial advice, support and challenge as appropriate to improve performance.
Key Duties:
* Ensure relevant accurate management information is provided to the regional managers and their teams.
* Ensuring integrity of the regional accounting records and assets and liabilities.
* Review and confirmation of the monthly region performance cost statements, KPI’s, performance measures with variance analysis and benchmarking as required.
* Ensure sustainable reductions in working capital are made through management of inventory levels at a regional and business unit level.
* Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
* Ensure robust and accurate forecasts and budgets.
* Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
* Present financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk.
As a finance business partner you will be either a qualified accountant or have previous experience working within a similar role and senior level.
Ideally we would like to find someone who has previous experience within the construction industry but we are open to other industries, salary on offer is £209.53however salary is negotiable.
