Fencing Operations Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

We are recruiting for a Fencing Operations Manager in Tewkesbury who has experience gained from within new build residential sector, has strong administration and planning capabilities and the ability to manage both the operational and administration side of installation projects. On offer is a salary of up to £54,000 per year plus company car or car allowance, 5 weeks holiday, pension and company benefits scheme.

Our Client is a key provider of fencing and to both the residential and commercial new build sector and has gained preferred supplier status with many of the national house builders which means the Fencing Manager will be joining an experienced team and will also have the full support of the Operations Director, Senior Management and Admin Teams and be responsible for the management of fencing projects in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and parts of the surrounding areas.

As the Fencing Manager you will need to have:

• A good grounding and understanding of fencing installation projects.
• Experience of the new build housing sector.
• Strong administration, project managing, project planning, team development and motivation skills.
• An eye for detail and be used to achieving high standard installation projects.
• The ability to instil this pride and way of working to the installation team.

You will need to be:

• A confident communicator with the ability to work with customers managing their expectations, resolving any issues etc.,
• Proactive in seeing opportunities for business development and supporting the sales team.
• Used to both the operational and administration side of installation project management and be confident in your ability to plan, schedule, amend or re-arrange projects as required.
