What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the business owner you will act as general manager in their absence. Managing day to day operations, HR including rotas, holidays and attendance as well as ensuring general house keeping of site is performed.
Experience you need
Previous experience in a similar role
Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be the eyes and ears of the business owner when they aren’t on site.
Confident strength of character
Organisation and ability to multi task
Coach and lead a team
