ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager with immediate effect for our client based close to Market Deeping, in Peterborough.

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong SEO experience? Does working with a growing organisation on multiple campaigns sound exciting? If you have experience in digital marketing and are keen to develop, then this could be a great opportunity for you to become a key player in a highly successful growing media business.
As part of our continued expansion, we are searching for a talented, motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. Duties will include planning and delivering of an online marketing strategy for multiple brands with a focus on SEO, as well as CRO, search PPC and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Getting hands-on with our brands and simultaneously working on multiple campaigns
- SEO and PPC work with particular focus on ROI
- Actively leading and working to deliver digital strategy
- Regular team meetings to ensure correct planning of digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to audit online presence and competitors
- Ongoing analysis of reporting to ensure campaigns meet their key objective

- Be energetic and collaborative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, numeracy and in-depth working knowledge of Excel
- Skilled in critical and creative thinking – you’ll be able to take a step back and look at the bigger picture
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads
- Strengths in analysing data and delivering profitable campaigns
