Our Programmatic Channel is a highly strategic and recently launched channel for the business, growing extremely fast in the US and UK. We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience of a similar role, to support the sales and operations team. As the Digital Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the traffic optimisation and campaign management for all programmatic clients in the US, UK, and future new markets too. You will be a key member of the team and get involved in all aspects of the programmatic business, supported by an experienced management team. The role reports to the Head of Campaign Delivery and offers flexibility and hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing efficiency of data sources in UK and US and ensuring performance optimisation
- Driving analytics insights and managing BI tools, and interpreting the information for effective business purposes
- Owning daily campaign performance reporting and liaising with other members of the programmatic team to work with suppliers / partners to highlight performance.
- Supporting our online marketing activities across several channels to deliver quality traffic and candidates to our clients
- Working closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to maximise revenue from programmatic accounts
- Supporting the launch of new, junior markets
- Working hard to hit and exceed our targets, supported by the management team
Requirements
- 2-4+ year data analysis experience within a digital marketing environment (applicants from a strong data/maths background will also be considered)
- University degree with a numerical background
- Strong understanding of internet marketing/advertising business models (CPC, CPA, etc.)
- Outstanding numerical skills and the ability to analyse and optimise performance campaigns daily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hard working and resourceful attitude
- SQL and advanced Excel experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable Requirements
- Tableau, Looker or similar enterprise level reporting tooling experience
- Python experience
- with web scraping
- Experience in the online recruitment industry or a vertical search / metasearch site is advantageous
- Ability to manage your workload across UK and EST time zones
