Digital Marketing and Website Manager – Romsey – Salary up to £42,000

We have been appointed on a sole agency basis to recruit a Digital Marketing and Website Manager.
This brand new role is due to rapid growth within this specialist market. The Digital Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activity which is predominantly digital/web orientated. Key elements include PPC and organic search marketing campaigns, ongoing development and the maintenance and updating of websites.

Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and be hands-on with all digital marketing, PPC/SEO/SEM, marketing media and advertising, social media, digital advertising campaigns, CRM/email marketing
* Copywriting skills and ability to write engaging content. Create/manage web content and landing pages to improve user experience.
* Plan, design, structure and maintain our social media presence
* Measure and report performance of all marketing activity and assess against goals and key performance indicators.
* Identify trends and new channels and manage budget and performance based on this insight
* Plan, execute, and report on conversion tests and click through data and improve click through rates and conversion rates.

Skills
* A degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Joomla and JavaScript and Photoshop / InDesign
* Proven working experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing
* Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
* Solid working knowledge of website analytics and ad tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Setting up and building, analysing, optimising and reporting for campaigns across AdWords and Bing paid search, Google display (including remarketing and YouTube), and paid social (including Facebook and Twitter Custom Audiences / Tailored Audiences)
