We’re looking for someone to lead our clients Marketing—the people, performance, and processes that will grow our brand and sales to new heights. And because you possess a balanced blend of long-term strategic thinking and scalable marketing operations expertise and leadership. We are looking for someone to progress into a Marketing Director role so we are looking for someone ambitous on the ay up that sees the bigger picture!

You have experience of leading a small marketing team. Who can drive our growth while maintaining our core values. The Digital Marketing Manager will keep our Marketing team plugged in and develop a way to evaluate & grow performance, always looking to evolve.

Preferred Experience:

2 + years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketeer with some stratagic and leadership experience.

working at a high-growth digital product selling company – You’ll create the marketing foundation, vision, & processes to help us grow from to 1million a month consistently.

Experience managing a Marketing team consisting of Paid Acquisition, Organic Marketing, Customer Retention, & Product Marketing.

Leading hiring, onboarding, & managing for Marketing – You’ll expand the Marketing team to include the Organic Marketing function (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, Press, etc.)

Marketing Processes Creation, Documentation, & Management – You’ll work with our Dir of Operations to map & manage all projects in Asana for the Marketing function.

Your Responsibilities & Opportunity:

* Acquisition: Growing existing & building new channels (e.g. Paid Social, YouTube organic) to reach new audiences and drive webinar and tiny offer leads

* Work with our Ads Manager to maximize a 200k+ per month ad spend across FB, IG, YouTube, & Google Ads also oversee agencies.

* Directing content creation for SEO strategies that you will be able to replicate to drive organic traffic to our current and future sites that will be developed under your supervision

* Developing Organic Marketing Channels: YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn

* Conversion: Engagement campaigns to convert more of our 300,000+ email subscribers into buyers

* Launching and managing successful email campaigns: Familiar with delivery tools like Active Campaign, and other CRM

* Experience with managing website creation and conversion
