Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year
Well-known Housebuilder looking to strengthen their technical team with the addition of an experienced Development Manager to technically project manage multiple new-build housing sites from feasibility stage, through the construction process, to adoption. A very well-established residential construction company looking to increase production volume in the East Midlands region at a sensible rate with an emphasis on producing quality affordable and open-market homes.
A varied day-to-day role will include; leading the pre-construction process via the project teams from handover to completion, budget control and financial modelling of multiple projects, coordination with land and new business departments on new sites from land acquisition to preconstruction, review of financial viabilities for proposed developments, working with legal on conveyancing, section agreements, freehold transfers etc.
Current expansion plans will present genuine opportunities for career progression as the region develops.
