Expected Deliverables

Ability to identify the business need, analyse, prioritise complex requirements and present them using various formats: story boarding, matrices, process flow diagrams.
Ability to listen carefully to ‘customer’ feedback, using personal experience and observations, taking into account latest trends in the industry and to deliver a complete set of clear requirements to the technical architects.
Ability to read and process large volumes of information and sift, group, segment and summarise key findings within limited timescales as well as managing simultaneous projects, under pressure, and conflicting priorities on a daily basis.

Required Experience

of conducting effective process mapping, modelling and interface analysis.
Knowledge of development languages and technologies – Java, MySQL and Linux
Experience in architecture analysis, business process analysis, object-oriented analysis, structured analysis, data warehouse analysis, storage and databases analysis.
Good experience in leading development team or leadership skills
Experience motivating, leading and managing a disparate team as well as the ability to communicate with all employees using an empathetic approach.
