Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Field Sales or Sales Executives wanted for this friendly, fast paced environment. Your key responsibility as a BDM will be to drive and develop new business sales, whilst managing a pipeline of opportunities. A typical BDM will be out of the office for on average half the week attending meetings and visiting new and existing clients. You will need to be very personable with great negotiation skills and will need to have a minimum of 18 months of sales experience (B2B, retail or consumer) or a mixture of sales and account management experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Attend weekly client meetings set by yourself and the telemarketing team
• Manage heavy work load
• Generate new business
• General administration
• Proactively generating revenue from new business activity to consistently achieve your targets
• Build relationships with new prospects

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Recent successful new business sales experience
• A track record of successfully creating opportunities
• Closing business & exceeding targets
• Intelligent selling style and strong rapport building skills
• Team work and a good company ethos means a lot to this friendly yet hard working team. You must be highly enthusiastic with a real determination to succeed. The rewards are uncapped commission structure with 22 days holiday (which then increases)
