Salary £36,000 – £54,000 plus £9,000 OTE + Company Car + Bens

This leading design manufacturer are seeking to employ an experience business development manager to join their team, the successful candidate will be covering the Kent Region. Our client is part of a National Corporate Group and have been established for over 60 years. They pride themselves on offering a first class service and innovative designs to maintain and grown their business within their existing client base.

The role will suit someone who enjoys bring on new business but have the ability to increase the revenue within existing accounts, 60% of your clients will be existing clients and 40% will be new business. If you come from the packaging industry then this could be advantageous to your application, however our client is willing to train the right individual.

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Creates own leads in accordance with sales strategy
Cold calling, face to face sales, seeking out new business
Achieve Sales targets
Generating new business with new / existing customers
Maintaining relationship with existing customers
Providing excellent customer service
Resolve serious customer credit issues.
Ensure customer enquiry forms are complete in full
Ensure Credit checks are conducted / approved on new business
Where necessary support accounts department in debt chasing on overdue customer accounts
