JOB ROLE: Desktop Publisher

JOB TYPE: Permanent

COMPANY: A fantastic and growing financial company

HOURS: 09:00 – 17:00

SALARY: £26,400 – £30,000DOE

LOCATION: City of London

CULTURE: Busy and fast paced within a professional and corporate environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
*Own the content for the firm’s website – including commissioning, editing and publishing new content via the back end.
*Print and binding of documents
*Format and package all training materials to match the brand image
*To produce high quality presentation work
*Obtaining full details on clients request and estimate SLA time
*Adhering to brand guidelines
*To provide onsite publishing support
*Will be involved in marketing projects on an ad-hoc basis.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
*To be educated to degree level *or equivalent
* Have a natural creative flair
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007- Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and other adobe programmes.
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Must have a positive can-do attitude, a genuine interest in material production and design
* A willingness to learn
