Salary: £120 – £144 per day
Desktop Support Engineer required for a leading technology innovator. You will be expected to join a growing team and support some of the most advanced systems that the UK have to offer. As a Desktop Support Engineer you will perform top quality administrative duties whilst working in a high pressured environment to solve technical problems.
You will be required to work onsite but will be entering an environment that ensures the covid guidlines are being followed.
Requirements:
1st/2nd line support experience within a large support function
Proven track record in providing technical support across Windows 7, 8 or MAC OS X
Proven track record in providing desk side support, not simply remote
Ability to provide support in the advanced use of Microsoft Office
Ability to provide technical support on Citrix based Thin Clients
Android, iOS and Blackberry configuration
Mentoring junior members of a team
