Our client supply a variety of niche items to customers based both nationally and internationally. A full time Customer Service opportunity has arisen within the Gateshead based office as they are looking to add an additional member to the team to provide general customer service and administration assistance.
Duties:
* Liaise with clients re Customer Orders
* Deal with any incoming enquiries vie email / telephone
* Provide regular updates to clients re products
* General administration duties as business requires
Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred
* Good communication skills and be self motivated
* Able to work under pressure with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
* A good telephone manner
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with an exciting North East company. The role is long term with the opportunity to go permanent and is a full time dayshift role working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
