Salary: £32,400 – £42,000 per year
Vibe Recruit are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Witney. The company you will be working for are an established international grill manufaturing company.
This is the 10 months contract ending on the 31/12/2022.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (30 – 40 hours per week)
Salary: £32,400 – £42,000DOE
Location: Witney
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining the sales team, working together to make significant contributions to the company’s overall European growth strategy.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Contact person for the entire support process for our customers
Interface between customer and sales field service
General sales support, processing of listings
Document orders, manage complaints and customer correspondence
Ensure customer satisfactionCustomer Service Advisor Skills:
Business management knowledge
Practical experience in internal sales or in similar customer-oriented activities
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP System such as SAP or Navision
