Customer Service Officer X6 (Housing Repairs)

A leading housing association is looking for 6x Customer Service Officers on a full time basis the work in their busy call centre in Willesden.

The full time role is based on 40 per hours per week, working shifts – Monday to Friday 7.45am – 18.15pm (Likely will start on shift 9.45 – 18.15pm for the first 6 weeks) The Customer Service Officers will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer calls, acting as a ‘One Stop Shop’ for multiple types of queries – including maintenance, rents and anti-social behaviour.(Mainly Housing Repairs)

The contract is for 12 weeks as a temp and depending on performance will be offered a permanent opportunity.

To secure one of these positions a strong customer focus is paramount and previous experience of working in a customer service environment/call centre is required.

All candidates applying must be flexible to work on a rota shift basis, be prepared for shift changes and be able to work Monday to Friday.

The pay rate is £14.8PAYE or £15.76 Limited
