Customer Services Advisor

An award winning insurance provider are looking to enhance their customer services team in the appointment of 5 new team members.

We are looking for candidates who have previously held high pressure customer services roles and will go the extra mile for their customers.

You will need to have:

· A professional telephone manner

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Great problem solving and reasoning skills and the ability to show empathy

You will be dealing with customers from their initial enquiry through to resolution and continually ensure that everything is logged accurately and if required information is communication to internal departments.

You will be working 40 hours a week between the hours of 7am and 10pm and will need to be flexible to work shifts within these hours, overtime is available to top up your earnings.
