Customer Service and Sales Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our local client in Melksham who are recruiting for a customer focused individual to join the team on a permanent basis. 

Ideally you will have at least 2 years customer service experience and you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for the companies customer base. You will be working and supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business and service level goals. 

Key Duties: 

• Processing customer orders within an agreed timescale. 
• Being the first point of contact for customers and answering customer queries within a professional manner. 
• Managing customer complaints and report in line with company procedures. 
• Pro-actively contact existing and new customers with a view to increasing sales. 
• Designing and producing in house art work to customer requirements, training will be provided with this but an interest in design or some experience within Adobe creative cloud will be beneficial. 

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding phone manner, and a background of working within a customer focused role. You will also be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office packages and ideally you will have experience of using Adobe but this is not essential. 

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5pm with a starting salary of between £26,000per year with an increase after completing your probationary period.
