Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £14.4 – £15.38 per hour

Customer Care Co-ordinator required on a temporary basis until October for a house building based in Guildford.

The Customer Care Department provides new home owners with an efficient, accurate and responsive customer service by receiving customer communications and co-ordinating contractors and internal customer service staff to ensure all issues raised are monitored and satisfactorily resolved, through the 2-year warranty period and beyond in accordance with the commitments to exceptional service.

As a Temporary Coordinator, you’ll calling customers to follow up on key points of their journey and chase Contractors on the status of the defects and updates the systems accordingly.

Successful Applicants will have telephone based customer service experience gained in a fast paced environment. You’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of working with in-house databases.

This is a Monday to Thursday role that could potentially offer the right Applicant a permanent position should one arise.
