Customer Service Advisor (Mon – Fri 5pm – 8pm)

Aaron Services Ltd is one of the UK’s leading specialists in Heating Repairs, Maintenance and Installations. As part of our continued expansion we are looking to recruit conscientious and enthusiastic individuals that have pride in producing work of the highest quality to compliment our existing team looking after long term social housing contracts throughout the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and East Anglia.

Working within our modern facility on Boston’s Riverside Industrial Estate we require:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (Mon – Fri 5pm – 8pm)

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact between the company and customer.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers across all parts of our business regarding emergency heating repairs, answer enquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information. You will also liaise with our Engineers and Duty Supervisors.

Excellent communication skills are an essential part of this role as is a knowledge of IT systems.
