Customer Service Advisor

Warwickshire County council are looking for part time professional and committed individuals to join thie the Customer Service Centre Supporting People Team based in Bedworth.

The Candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers requiring the services of Adult Social Care., The individual will be required to have an ardent attitude with excellent communication skills, be resilient and also be able to cope with emotionally demanding calls.,

The ability to cope and thrive in a high pressure environment in a Service that is undergoing change is essential as is previous call centre experience

Working days: Wed, Thu, Fri (3 Contracted days per week)

22:00 (hr:min) hours per week:

Wed -Thurs 09.00-17.30

Fri.9.00-17.00

This is a Part Time temp to perm position for the right candidate
