Salary: £26,000 per year

Customer Service Administrator

Take pride in delivering a professional service as a Customer Service Administrator, including front of house, in this rewarding and challenging role.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for two of our Centres. Where, as the first point of contact you will need excellent customer service skills, and will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
*Provide first point of contact for all Centre visitors.
*Ensure a professional service is delivered at all times.
*Plan and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on time and that our clients are attended to promptly.
*Support clients with general claims and administrative matters, including managing petty cash.
*Provide administrative and office support to Centre staff
*Comply with processes and procedures to ensure both contractual and company quality and compliance standards.

Skills and Experience

*Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
*Previous experience in an office environment and of face to face customer service.
*Ability to plan and priorities workload.
*Can work accurately with attention to detail.
*Minimum of 4 GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths.
Previous experience of managing petty cash is advantageous, as is a customer service qualification (i.e. NVQ2 or Equivalent)

Additional Information

Salary: £26,000per year

This role is covering two Centres – King Lynn and Wisbech.
