Salary: £26,000 per year
As a Customer Service and Sales Order Processor you will be required to process high volumes of customer orders in a timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy. You will be handling the orders right through to the end where you will be dealing with delivery queries and any further questions or complaints.
Client Details
The client are a large successful manufacturing company who are based in the Dewsbury area. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a sales order processor to focus on the customer enquiries as well as processing the orders.
Description
Processing high volumes of customer orders
Processing orders on the internal systems
Electronically dispatching goods
Answering a high volume of calls and dealing with enquiries about deliveries, any product issues and general questions
Dealing with any complaints effectively and trying to offer a first time resolution
Managing an email account and responding to any incoming emails
Dealing with large business accounts
Keeping an eye on stock levels
Delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout
Working with various teams including Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain Profile
For this role you must have previous experience within customer services or sales support. You must have confidence and an excellent telephone manner, along with good grammar and keyboard skills.
