Salary: £26,000 per year
Team Support are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Birmingham for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Start: ASAP
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5pm
Salary: £26,000per year whilst temp and £17k when permanent
Duties: Take orders via telephone and email, adjust existing orders, record on internal database
Complete back order lists and add to existing sales
Advise customers on current and existing stock and advise on alternatives
Take telephone payments for Proforma accounts and adhoc sales
Ensure emails are responded to and an accurate record kept
Deal with any stock discrepancies
Liaise closely with foreign and domestic customers and keep accurate records of purchases
Investigate missing/damaged goods in transit, liaise with transport companies and customers to resolve issues
Experience: Ideally you will have experience of Sage, Excel and internal database systems
Previous customer service experience is essential
Clear written and verbal communication skills
