We are recruiting talented individuals to join our client, one of the UK’s largest fitted furniture retailers. We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on PERMANENT basis who are looking to turn a problem into a solution and delight customers along the way.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9am-5pm 37.5hrs a week
£26,000 per year

The company offers genuine progression and the opportunity to earn up to £26,000 per year as a Team Leader and they offer a tailored training programme to help you achieve this.
In this role you will-
* Take ownership for customer’s accounts and queries through various communication channels and recording relevant data on an in-house system.
* Managing all installations through to completion and after care.
* Building relationships with internal stake holders whilst achieving company-wide SLA’s.

Their offices are based just off the A5 so are commutable from Lutterworth, South Leicester, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Coventry and Rugby.
