Customer Service Advisor

Previous experience within customer service and administration is desirable. Along with fantastic communication skills to ensure that the customer is always satisfied and excellent service is delivered. As this role is highly telephone based an excellent telephone manner is required and the ability to build instant rapport with customers will be highly advantageous.

Experience in using SAP would be advantageous, alongside excellent computer skills, including MS packages. Consistently working towards ensuring excellent customer service is provided to help improve all sales and add to revenue growth.
Main Duties:
*Deal with inbound customer enquiries yourself and use your own initiative to solve problems before escalating to senior management
*Process orders for customers and handle the returns process
*Update customer accounts on the CRM system
*Liaise with engineers

Salary: £26,000per yeardependent on experience. Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm, 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.00am to 5.30pm
