Salary: £26,000per year

Location: Waterlooville – Portsmouth

Duration: This is a temporary to permanent position therefore we are looking for an individual who can start immediately and who is looking to remain permanently within this position.
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership as a well-established family business in Portsmouth. Our client work in partnership with some of the UK’s most successful businesses to support them with their needs and due to huge success they are looking to expand their customer service and administration department.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for working within a small team to assist customers with their general needs related to a specialist product. You will be taking inbound calls from customers who require specialist help and support via the telephone and also assisting via email.
You will also support with general administration, data entry and the opening and distribution of post to assist the company.
General duties will include the following:

* Customer Service, assisting customers via the telephone and email professionally
* Data entry of high confidential and very important data
* Post, managing the incoming and outgoing post
* Liaising with third parties to gather information where required and update customers

The ideal candidate will require:

* Previous call centre experience or strong customer service experience
* Good communication skills
* Previous data entry / administration experience
* Have good attention to detail and accuracy
* Will be able to work to deadlines and targets
* Will have a flexible can do attitude
* Will have good customer service skills
* Be available to start immediately
