Job Description:
Answering the Telephone
Dealing with customer queries
Answering correspondence by letter Processing of Cash Sale Invoices
Processing repairs invoices
FilingExperience/Skills:
Previous experience within a Customer Services environment – Advantage
Excellent good telephone manner
Organised and Proactive
Customer service orientated
Team player
