Currently looking for enthusiastic and confident customer service advisers to undertake a 10 week temporary assignment just outside the centre of Leeds.
The role will comprise of you taking inbound customer service calls where you will be expected to engage the caller, take down information and update the database with the facts gathered.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, a passion for delivering results and a strong team work ethic.
You will have great communication skills, a positive can do attitude and be available and flexible immediately to undertake a 7am to 7pm shift pattern covering 7 days a week. You must also be able to pass a credit check.
