Customer Advisor Advanced

My client, a market leader within the Utilities industry, is looking to recruit a team of experienced Customer Advisors to work at their offices in Lingley Mere, Great Sankey on a full time temporary basis, initially for 6 months (initially) on £26,000 per year.

Successful candidates will become part of a Sales, Cash and Collections team within our client’s Domestic Operation Department. Your role will be to maximise cash collection through effective negotiation and issue resolution via all communication channels. You will be required to provide excellent customer service to domestic customers, including owning problems through to resolution; managing customer expectation and maintaining contact throughout the process; work as part of busy operation dealing with both telephony and paper enquiries.

It is essential that applicants have previous contact centre/customer service experience and are confident communicators. Ideal candidates will be able to handle an array of enquiries and manage potentially difficult situations through to resolution and have the ability to maximise cash collection through effective negotiation and issue resolution.

Candidates will need:
• To provide an expert level of customer service via both telephone and written correspondence
• To ensure that complex requirements of domestic customers are responded to quickly and accurately
• To provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service at each customer contact
• To investigate a customer’s query to resolution and facilitate cash collection
• To accurately update the billing system within the agreed service levels
• Strong cash collection skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• To be computer literate – in particular MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and an ability to make sense of figures

These are full time positions working 37 hours per week, with flexibility required between 8.00am – 6.00pm, (Monday to Friday). Your weekly shift patterns will be discussed and arranged well in advance.
