My client is currently providing great opportunities for candidates keen to secure a position as a Customer Service Advisor within a reputable and expanding company based near Shipley. Candidates will be working for a leading Financial Company who pride themselves on staff development and strong team work and as a business they offer excellent training and fantastic company benefits. Candidates will be working within the Customer Services team in a high volume contact centre and will be involved in the following duties on a daily basis:

* Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
* Answering calls and dealing with customer queries and requests
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times
* Deal with customer complaints and handle accordingly
* Liaise with third party organizations over the phone and via email
* Log all calls and customer information on the in-house systems
