Our client is a leading national healthcare company who work with some of the biggest healthcare providers in the world. The main aim of this business is to deliver the best care to patients and offer a warm and friendly service.
Our client is currently expanding and looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their patient services team. You will assist patients by providing an excellent service ensuring they always come first and that they have a positive experience.
Your role will be to deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery of patients’ medications and associated supplies & services, and doing so in line with agreed regulations, protocols and targets.
The role:
* Dealing with a high volume of customer queries
* Liaising with different internal and external departments
* Updating the CRM system
9-month fixed term contract
37.5 hours between 8am and 6pm
We are looking to speak to candidates who:
* Have experience of dealing with customers over the phone
* Are computer literate
* Have good attention to detail
