As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be tasked with providing a high quality service to Secure Trust Bank’s retail and direct lending customers.

Joining Secure Trust Bank’s award-winning contact centre, you’ll provide support across all areas of the Asset Finance and Lending functions.

You’ll respond to queries from both internal and external customers and provide an outstanding level of service to ensure that monthly lending targets are met.

Using your great eye for detail, you’ll make sure that all agreement forms have been completed and countersigned prior to payout stage. Additionally, you’ll ensure that all tasks are carried out in-line with audit and compliance requirements.

Interested? To be considered, you must have:

– Great customer service skills, particularly over the telephone
– A basic understanding of lending products
– Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
– Quick and accurate typing skills

As a Customer Service Advisor, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and determined, you must also be able to tactfully deal with difficult situations.
